On Sunday, March 23, weather forecasters predict cloudy weather with clearings in Ukraine. Precipitation is expected in several regions. This is reported by the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center, reports UNN.

On March 23, a change in weather conditions is expected in Ukraine. In the west and north of the country, the temperature will drop to +8+12 degrees, which is a few degrees cooler than the day before. In the central and southern regions, the temperature will remain comfortable and will fluctuate within +10+14 degrees.
Wind southeast, 7-12 m/s, in the afternoon in Rivne, Khmelnytsky, Chernivtsi, Zhytomyr, Vinnytsia and Kyiv regions gusts of 15-20 m/s.
Rains will pass in the western regions and in the north of Ukraine, but no precipitation is expected in the southern and central regions. This means that in most parts of the country the weather will remain dry and warm.
In the Kyiv region and in the capital there will be slight cloudiness. No precipitation. Wind southeast, 7-12 m/s, in the afternoon gusts of 15-20 m/s. The temperature in the region during the day is 9-14°C warm; in Kyiv during the day 11-13°C warm.
Meteorologists warn of increased southeast wind, which can reach storm gusts. Therefore, you should be careful when being outdoors in strong winds.

Due to gusts of wind of 15-20 m/s in Kyiv on March 23, the main flag will be lowered to preserve the banner and flagpole. The flagpole structure is almost 90 meters high and weighs 32 tons.
