On July 21, as a result of sabotage activities of the Main Intelligence Directorate, enemy Mi-28 and Ka-226 helicopters were destroyed in Tomilino, Moscow region. On July 24, a sabotage attack destroyed an Mi-8 multipurpose helicopter at the Russian Ministry of Defense's Kryazh airfield in Samara.

According to a UNN source, on July 21, around three in the morning, enemy Mi-28 and Ka-226 helicopters were hit on the territory of the National Center for Helicopter Construction in Tomilino, Moscow region, as a result of sabotage activities by the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine.
On July 24, a sabotage also destroyed an Mi-8 multipurpose helicopter at the Russian Ministry of Defense's Kryazh airfield in Samara
It is noted that JSC “NCV Mil and Kamov” is an aircraft manufacturing company that specializes in the development, production and repair of helicopters (Mi and KA lines), as well as other rotary-wing aircraft. The company includes two research and development bureaus, Mil and Kamov Design Bureaus, a pilot production facility, as well as an experimental research complex and a test center.
The information about the fire caused by the explosions at the plant caused widespread publicity among residents of the Moscow region. However, the Russian authorities, as always, conceal the facts of their own negligence from the population of the Russian Federation
