EU ambassadors fail to reach a consensus on the 12th package of sanctions against Russia as Austria protests that Ukraine has named Raiffeisen Bank as a war sponsor.

European Union ambassadors  have not yet agreed on the 12th package of sanctions  against Russia. Now Austria is complaining that Ukraine has added Raiffeisen Bank to the list of international war sponsors. This was reported by Radio Liberty correspondent Rickard Jozwiak, UNN reports.
