Russian troops attack Odesa with Iskander-M ballistic missiles from occupied Crimea, prompting the arrival of Ukraine's Interior Minister and the head of the National Police to oversee the response.
The police leadership has arrived in Odesa, the head of Odesa regional administration Oleh Kiper said, UNN reports.
The Minister of Internal Affairs Ihor Klymenko and the head of the National Police Ivan Vyhivskyi visited the site of yesterday's terrorist attack by the Russian Federation.
"At the moment, we are eliminating the consequences of the rocket attack, all relevant services are working," Kiper said.
