Due to bad weather and lower air temperatures, electricity consumption has increased. Energy workers are asking to use electricity sparingly from 17:00 to 21:00.
Electricity consumption has increased significantly, electricity should be consumed sparingly in the evening hours - from 17:00 to 21:00, due to bad weather there are power outages in 37 settlements in several regions, NEC "Ukrenergo" reported on Monday, UNN writes.

"Due to unfavorable weather conditions (rain and strong gusts of wind at night), as of the morning there are power outages in 37 settlements in several regions. Repair crews of oblenergo have already started emergency recovery work, all subscribers will be supplied with electricity during the day," the statement said.
Consumption
"Electricity consumption has increased. The reason for such significant changes is the decrease in air temperature compared to the end of last week. And also - cloudy weather in almost the entire territory of Ukraine, which causes low efficiency of household solar power plants," the message says.
As noted, today at 9:30 the consumption level was 11.9% higher than at the same time on the previous working day - March 21.
On March 23, the daily consumption maximum was in the evening - 2.7% lower than the maximum of the previous Sunday.
Now the Ukrainian energy system continues to recover from Russian massive missile and drone attacks. Emergency recovery works at energy facilities are ongoing.
The situation in the energy system, as indicated, may change.
