Directed Russian missiles at AFU positions via Google Maps: SBU detains repeat offender in Mykolaiv

The Security Service of Ukraine has detained a repeat offender in Mykolaiv who directed enemy missiles at the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The suspect faces up to 12 years in prison and is currently in custody.

SBU officers detained another informant of the enemy special services in Mykolaiv. He tracked the coordinates of the Defense Forces for the Russians, which were used to prepare missile and drone attacks. This was reported by UNN with reference to the Security Service of Ukraine.
Details
The detainee turned out to be a local recidivist who had already served a sentence for robbery and car theft. He came to the attention of enemy special services after his release when he began looking for "quick money" on the Internet.
The suspect noted the basing points of Ukrainian troops and their geolocations on Google Maps. He transmitted the relevant information to Russian handlers via his smartphone in an anonymous chat.
During searches following the detention, a smartphone with evidence of working for the enemy was found and seized from the perpetrator. The detainee has been notified of suspicion under Part 3 of Art. 114-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (unauthorized dissemination of information about the movement or placement of the AFU with the possibility of their identification on the ground, committed under martial law).
The sanction of the article provides for 8 to 12 years of imprisonment. Currently, the detainee is in custody without the right to post bail.
