Six people were detained at a rally in Tbilisi protesting the proposed law on "foreign agents.
In the capital of Georgia, the detention of participants in a rally against the law "on foreign agents" has begun. According to Novosti Georgia, six detainees are currently known to have been arrested, UNN reports.
"...detentions began near the parliament. IPN writes that Zurab Japaridze, "Bitter is more freedom", is again among the detainees. Those who try to go to the side streets are detained," the report says.
In addition, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia issued a warning about the possible use of special means.
"Six people were detained at a rally in front of the parliament in Tbilisi against the law on "foreign agents," the statement said.
