According to forecasters, on April 9, the synoptic situation in Ukraine will not improve: the cold, uncomfortable weather will continue to be caused by a cyclone, the center of which will be to the northeast of our territory, which will cause cloudy weather with clearings, in places with light rain and wet snow.
Pressure will drop, air humidity will remain high, strong wind from northern directions will add to the feeling of discomfort. ... Daytime highs will reach +3..+8°, and in the south and east of the country up to 11° Celsius
