Ukraine is expected to experience rain with wet snow and night frosts down to 3 degrees Celsius. Daytime temperatures will range from 3 to 11 degrees Celsius.
Cooling with occasional frosts, rain and wet snow will cover most regions of Ukraine today due to a cyclone, the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center reported, writes UNN.

According to forecasters, on April 10, the territory of Ukraine will continue to be under the influence of a cyclone and a cold, humid air mass at high altitudes.
"Therefore, we expect cloudy weather with clearings, at night in places, everywhere in the northeast, during the day in Ukraine, except for the western regions, light rain and wet snow, in the Carpathians at night light snow, during the day without precipitation," the forecasters indicated.
The wind will be predominantly north-westerly, and will move at a speed of 5-10 m/s.
Regarding the temperature regime during the day, at night frosts 0-3°; during the day +3..+8°, in the south, east of the country and Transcarpathia up to 11° heat. In the Carpathians, the temperature at night is 2-7° below zero, during the day about 0°.
