The National Bank has set the official exchange rate of the hryvnia at 38.0749 UAH/USD, which devalued it by 8 kopecks, UNN reports citing the NBU.
Details
The official dollar exchange rate is 39.07 UAH/USD. The NBU has also set the official euro to hryvnia exchange rate at 42.13 UAH/€.
According to the data on specialized websites, as of 9:10 am:
- The dollar can be bought for UAH 39.45 and sold for UAH 38.95 in banks. The euro can be bought for UAH 42.85 and sold for UAH 42.15 in banks.
- In exchange offices, the dollar is traded at UAH 39.38-39.48, and the euro at UAH 42.75-42.92.
- On the interbank market, the exchange rates are UAH 39.17-39.02 for the dollar and UAH 42.20-42.23 for the euro, respectively.

The National Bank of Ukraine increased its foreign exchange interventions by 16.7% in March to $1.81 billion to support the hryvnia exchange rate and maintain macro-financial stability during the war.
