The Canadian Prime Minister also noted that it is unacceptable to conclude any peace agreements that will not be supported by Ukraine. In addition, he rejected the possibility of fulfilling any Russian ultimatums regarding the political leadership of Ukraine.
"I am very proud of the role of the Canadian government and the support of Canadians for the people of Ukraine. For me, any peace agreements that Ukraine does not agree to, as well as Putin's demands to replace Zelensky as president, are unacceptable," Carney stressed.
