Chief of the Defence Staff of Britain on the contingent plan: it's a very broad concept
Kyiv • UNN
France and Britain are preparing a plan to involve various components for Ukraine after the war. It includes the restoration of the Armed Forces, safe skies, sea and border for the development of the country.

It is too early to talk about a plan for the contingent, because it is necessary to know what exactly the conditions of peace in Ukraine will be. However, preparations are already underway to resolve various options for these conditions. This plan is a very broad concept. It concerns forecasting the involvement of various components in the air, on land, and at sea. This was announced by the chiefs of staff of the armed forces of France and Britain, General Thierry Burkhard and Admiral Anthony Radakin, on the air of the telethon, reports UNN.
President Zelenskyy, of course, thanked France and Britain for being here. But he also addressed 30 other countries that have united in a "coalition of the willing." It is too early to talk about a plan, because you need to know what the conditions of peace will be. But we, as soldiers, are already preparing to solve various options for these conditions. From all our conversations with Ukrainian interlocutors, we see that Ukraine wants peace, so russia must stop its aggression
When asked whether this plan includes land, sea and air forces, Radakin replied: "Absolutely. It will be about allowing Ukraine to start a new life as a peaceful country, so that you can develop all aspects of peaceful life, develop the economy, have a safe sky, sea and border, so that people in Ukraine feel confident and feel certainty in their country and future. That's what we're trying to figure out as soldiers."
Burkhard noted that the contingent plan is a very broad concept.
It concerns forecasting the involvement of various components, both in the air, on land, and at sea. But it is also about restoring the Armed Forces in full and increasing potentials, because this is the strongest guarantee of the country – the Armed Forces and we also talked about it. The goal is to give Ukraine confidence so that your state can live again
