French Minister of Energy Transition Agnès Pannier-Runache will skip the COP29 climate talks in Azerbaijan, Politico reports.
“After discussions and in agreement with the president of the republic and the prime minister, I will not go to Baku next week,” said Agnès Pagnier-Runache, Minister of the Environment, in the French Senate.
