American blogger Laura Loomer urged Russian soldiers not to fight against Ukraine but to surrender

American journalist and blogger Laura Loomer, after visiting the Coordination Headquarters for the Treatment of Prisoners of War and publishing material about the war crimes of the russian federation, called on Russian servicemen and foreign mercenaries not to fight against Ukraine and, if possible, to voluntarily lay down their arms through the state-run "I Want to Live" project, UNN reports.

Details

In her post, Loomer said that during her visit to the Coordination Headquarters, she learned about the work of the "I Want to Live" project — a unique initiative that allows servicemen of the russian federation’s army and foreign citizens to safely and anonymously surrender to the Defense Forces of Ukraine.

She also emphasized that russia is massively recruiting citizens of African, Asian, and Latin American countries, using deception and false promises while concealing the real conditions of service. According to Loomer, many foreigners do not even realize that they will be sent to the front, where they become part of Russia’s tactic of "meat assaults."
