A new chairman of Barristers Attorneys at Law has been elected

Oleksandr Tananakin has been elected as the new managing partner of Barristers, Pravo.ua reports, UNN writes.

Attorney Oleksandr Tananakin has been a member of the association since 2018, has 12 years of legal experience and has previously served as the head of the Kyiv branch of the association.

During his professional career, he has defended and represented the interests of public figures, judges, top officials of strategic enterprises, heads of central and regional state authorities, politicians, including Nadiya Savchenko, Vitaliy Klitschko, Oleksandr Onyshchenko, Viktor Myalik, Nestor Shufrych, Oleg Bakhmatyuk, Vasyl Dubnevych, Anton Yanchuk, Vasyl Lozynsky, Mykhailo Holovko and others, and represented most of his clients in the European Court of Human Rights.

According to the rating of the Yuridicheskaya Practika publishing house in 2024, he is among the ten leading lawyers in Ukraine in the field of ANTI-CORRUPTION.

Since 2021, he has been a PhD student at the Department of Criminal Law Problems of the V.M. Koretsky Institute of State and Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.

At the meeting of the Board of Partners of the association, Oleksandr Tananakin's candidacy was unanimously supported by 10 partners of the company. The meeting participants expressed confidence in his ability to ensure the effective work and dynamic development of the law firm in 2025.
