Over the past day, 149 clashes were recorded at the front; the enemy lost 970 soldiers. The AFU struck three command posts and 80 enemy artillery systems.
Over the past day, May 4, 149 combat engagements were recorded at the front. The occupiers launched a missile strike using one missile, as well as 75 air strikes, dropping 273 guided aerial bombs. This was reported by UNN with reference to the General Staff of the AFU.

The Russians also deployed 9,649 kamikaze drones and carried out 3,572 shellings of settlements and positions of the Ukrainian Defense Forces, including 33 from multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS).
Enemy aviation carried out strikes in the areas of Velyka Pysarivka and Vilna Sloboda in the Sumy region; Tsvitkove, Lyubytske, Verkhnia Tersa, and Vozdvyzhivska in the Zaporizhzhia region.
The Defense Forces of Ukraine hit three command posts, seven areas of personnel concentration, one air defense system, and four enemy artillery systems. The occupiers lost three tanks, three armored fighting vehicles, 80 artillery systems, three multiple launch rocket systems, four air defense systems, three ground robotic systems, 1,968 unmanned aerial vehicles, 206 units of motor vehicles, and two units of special equipment.
Total losses of the Russian occupiers over the past day amounted to 970 personnel. The situation in specific sectors of the front is as follows:
In the Pivnichno-Slobozhanskyi and Kursk directions, five combat engagements took place; the enemy carried out 80 shellings of Ukrainian troop positions and settlements, including five using multiple launch rocket systems.
In the Pivdenno-Slobozhanskyi direction, the adversary stormed the positions of Ukrainian units four times in the areas of Prylypka, Starytsia, and Ambarne.
In the Kupiansk direction, Ukrainian defenders stopped one enemy attack in the area of the settlement of Radkivka.
In the Lyman direction, Ukrainian soldiers repelled six attempts by the invaders to advance in the areas of Drobysheve, Lyman, Yampil, and Ozerne.
In the Sloviansk direction, during the past day, Ukrainian defenders stopped three attempts by the occupiers to advance in the areas of Kryva Luka, Zakitne, and Riznykivka.
In the Kramatorsk direction, Ukrainian defenders stopped three enemy attacks in the areas of Malynivka, Nykyforivka, and Viroliubivka.
In the Kostiantynivka direction, the enemy carried out 16 attacks near Kostiantynivka, Toretske, Illinivka, Pleshchiivka, and Stepanivka.
In the Pokrovsk direction, Ukrainian defenders stopped 24 assault actions of the aggressor in the areas of Bilytske, Pokrovsk, Hryshyne, Rodynske, Udachne, Novopavlivka, Novooleksandrivka, Molodetske, Novomykolaivka, and Muravka.
In the Oleksandrivka direction, the adversary attacked seven times in the areas of Sichneve, Yehorivka, Nove Zaporizhzhia, Zlahoda, and Verbove.
In the Huiaipole direction, 29 attacks by the occupiers took place in the areas of Varvarivka, Dobropillia, Zaliznychne, Hirke, Staroukrainka, Olenokostiantynivka, Yablukove, Sviatopetrivka, Charivne, Verkhnia Tersa, and Vozdvyzhivska.
In the Orikhiv direction, the enemy tried to advance in the area of the settlement of Shcherbaky.
In the Prydniprovskyi direction, Ukrainian units stopped three enemy attacks in the direction of Antonivka.
