Artillerymen of the 28th Separate Mechanized Brigade named after the Knights of the Winter Campaign for the first time captured a saboteur who was supposed to lead Russian sabotage and reconnaissance groups to Kostiantynivka, Donetsk region. This thwarted the occupiers' plans to accumulate forces in the city.

Donetsk region is de-energized due to a targeted strike by Russian troops on energy infrastructure. Specialists are working on restoration, but the timelines are currently unknown.
Russian troops attacked Kostiantynivka, Donetsk Oblast, with aerial bombs, killing two men aged 49 and 56, and injuring five people. Nine private houses and a church were damaged. A 2-year-old boy, whose father and grandfather were injured, was evacuated to Kramatorsk.
