Over the past day, 264 combat engagements occurred on the front, which is more than the day before. The most enemy assaults were recorded on the Pokrovsk direction, where 32 attacks were repelled.
264 battles occurred on the front over the past day, which is more than the day before, over a quarter in three directions, with the most enemy assault actions on the Pokrovsk direction, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported in the morning briefing on July 27, showing a map of hostilities, UNN writes.

Yesterday, the enemy launched two missile strikes using nine missiles and 96 air strikes, during which they dropped 317 guided aerial bombs. In addition, the invaders used 8,884 kamikaze drones and carried out 3,028 shellings of populated areas and positions of our troops, including 50 from multiple launch rocket systems.
Over the past day, aviation, missile forces and artillery of the Defense Forces struck 17 areas of concentration of enemy personnel, a control point for unmanned aerial vehicles and a command observation post.
Situation by directions
In the North-Slobozhanskyi and Kursk directions over the past day, our defenders stopped an enemy assault. At the same time, the aggressor carried out an air strike using three guided aerial bombs and conducted 77 shellings of our troops' positions and populated areas, including one using multiple launch rocket systems.
In the South-Slobozhanskyi direction, Ukrainian units repelled 11 enemy attacks. The invaders tried to advance in the areas of Starytsia and Lyman, as well as towards Izbystske, Volokhivka and Okhrimivka.
In the Kupiansk direction, the enemy attacked three times towards Kupiansk, Podoly and Kurylivka.
Attempts to break into our defense were repelled in the Lyman direction, where the occupiers attacked 20 times in the areas of Lyman, Stavky, Dibrova and Ozerne, as well as towards Olhivka, Novyi Myr, Novomykhailivka, Yampil, Shiikivka, Novoselivka and Drobysheve.
In the Sloviansk direction, the enemy carried out 20 assault actions in the areas of Kryva Luka, Zakitne and Riznykivka, as well as towards Pyskunivka and Rai-Oleksandrivka.
In the Kramatorsk direction, the occupiers attacked 5 times towards Yurkivka, Dibrova, Tykhonivka and Malynivka.
In the Kostiantynivka direction, 18 attacks were recorded. The occupiers conducted assault actions in the areas of Kostiantynivka and Illinivka.
The largest number of assault actions was recorded in the Pokrovsk direction, where our defenders stopped 32 attacks. The enemy showed activity in the areas of Novooleksandrivka and Bilytske, and also carried out assaults in the directions of Shakhove, Toretske, Novyi Shakhove, Novopavlivka, Kucherovyi Yar, Vilne, Myrne, Vasylivka, Shevchenko, Novyi Donbas, Pavlivka, Kotlyne, Novohryshyne and Udachne
In the Oleksandrivka direction, the enemy did not conduct assault actions over the past day.
In the Huliaipole direction, the occupiers attacked 15 times. The enemy tried to advance in the directions of Verkhnia Tersa, Vozdvyzhivka, Krynychne, Ternuvate, Hirke, Staroukrainka, Tsvitkove and Charivne.
In the Orikhiv direction, our defenders stopped three attempts by the enemy to advance towards Shcherbaky and Lukianivske.
In the Dnipro direction, the enemy did not conduct assault actions over the past day.
In the Volyn and Polissia directions, no signs of the formation of enemy offensive groups were detected.
