Since the beginning of the day, Russian troops have attacked the positions of the Defense Forces 62 times. The most active battles continue in the Sloviansk, Pokrovsk, and Kostiantynivka directions.

Artillery shelling of border areas continues. Today, in the Sumy region, the settlements of Korenok, Sopych, Myshutyne, Kucherivka, Bunyakyne, Ryzhivka, Neskuchne, Tovstodubove, Volfyne, Ulanove, Pustohorod were affected. The enemy also launched airstrikes on the settlements of Zaliznyi Mist and Bereza
On the North-Slobozhanskyi and Kursk directions, the enemy carried out 33 shellings of settlements and positions of our troops, including two from multiple launch rocket systems.
On the South-Slobozhanskyi direction, the invaders tried to break through the defense four times in the area of Starytsia and towards the settlement of Khatnie.
On the Kupiansk direction, the enemy did not conduct offensive actions.
On the Lyman direction, Ukrainian soldiers repelled five attempts by the invaders to advance towards the settlements of Lyman, Ozerne, and in the areas of the settlements of Novoselivka and Zarichne.
On the Sloviansk direction, the Defense Forces repelled 18 enemy attacks in the areas of the settlements of Zakitne, Kryva Luka, Riznykivka, and towards Pyskunivka and Rai-Oleksandrivka. Five combat engagements are still ongoing.
On the Kramatorsk direction, our soldiers repelled one enemy attack towards Tykhonivka.
On the Kostiantynivka direction, our defenders repelled 13 attacks in the areas of the settlements of Kostiantynivka, Ivanopillia, Illinivka, Rusyn Yar, and towards Novopavlivka. One combat engagement is ongoing.
On the Pokrovsk direction, since the beginning of the day, the occupiers have tried 16 times to push our soldiers out of their positions in the areas of the settlements of Dorozhnie, Udachne, and towards the settlements of Toretske, Kucheriv Yar, Vilne, Nove Shakhove, Serhiivka. Two combat engagements are still ongoing.
On the Oleksandrivka direction, the enemy attacked the positions of our defenders once towards Oleksandrohrad.
On the Huliaipole direction, the Defense Forces repelled four enemy attacks towards the settlements of Vozdvyzhivka, Kosivtseve, Tsvitkove.
On the Orikhiv and Prydniprovskyi directions, the enemy did not conduct offensive actions.
In other directions, no significant changes in the situation are currently taking place. No attempts by the enemy to advance were recorded, the General Staff summarized.
