President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy on Constitution Day confirmed successful strikes on oil refineries in the Krasnodar Krai and Yaroslavl Oblast of Russia. He stated that the operations weaken Russia's ability to wage war.
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy on Constitution Day, June 28, noted successful strikes on Russian oil refineries. In particular, the "Slovyansky" oil refinery in the Krasnodar region, located 300 km from the front line, was hit. This was reported by UNN with reference to the head of state's post on Telegram.

In addition, an oil refinery in the Yaroslavl region, approximately 700 kilometers from the Ukrainian border, was hit.
