President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed a decree appointing Tymur Tkachenko as head of the Kyiv Regional State Administration. The corresponding decision is enshrined in decree No. 676/2026.

Update
On July 16, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy dismissed Timur Tkachenko from the post of head of the Kyiv City Military Administration, which he had headed since December 2024.
Tkachenko will replace Mykola Kalashnyk as the head of the KOVA, who became the head of the Ministry of Restoration, Infrastructure and Transport.
