The President signed 15 decrees appointing 29 judges. Sixteen of them will work at the HACC and its Appeals Chamber.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed 15 decrees appointing judges to the High Anti-Corruption Court, the Appeals Chamber of the HACC, as well as a number of local and appellate courts. UNN reports this, citing the relevant documents on the website of the head of state. 

Most of the appointments concern the High Anti-Corruption Court. By Decree No. 782/2026, the President appointed 11 HACC judges. 

They are:

  • Viktor Antypenko; 
    • Oksana Hutsal; 
      • Yevhen Didenko; 
        • Oleksandr Dudchenko; 
          • Vitalii Koriahin; 
            • Vladyslav Kukhta; 
              • Mykola Pika; 
                • Lesia Skreklya; 
                  • Iryna Teslenko; 
                    • Oleh Khamkhodera;
                      • Marta-Maria Yatsynina.

                        By Volodymyr Zelenskyy's Decree No. 783/2026, five more judges were appointed to the Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court. They are Natalia Doroshenko, Mykola Rubashchenko, Inna Smal, Olena Tanasевych and Ihor Chaikin.

                        By separate decrees, Zelenskyy also appointed judges to other courts of Ukraine.

                        Thus, Kateryna Kotelva became a judge of the Halytskyi District Court of Lviv, Volodymyr Kolomiiets — of the Brovary City-District Court of Kyiv Region, Yelyzaveta Lukianenko — of the Osnovianskyi District Court of Kharkiv, and Maksym Khodakivskyi — of the Sobornyi District Court of Dnipro.

                        The following were appointed to appellate courts:

                        • Tetiana Brus — to the Zaporizhzhia Court of Appeal; 
                          • Olena Prachuk, Stanislav Kyrychko and Volodymyr Lebezhenko — to the Chernihiv Court of Appeal; 
                            • Olha Umanska — to the Mykolaiv Court of Appeal; 
                              • Oleksandr Rublii and Viktoriia Sova — to the Zakarpattia Court of Appeal.

                                In addition, Ivan Yasynovskyi was appointed a judge of the Sixth Administrative Court of Appeal, while Yurii Tsiukalo was appointed a judge of the Commercial Court of Kyiv.

                                Overall, by decrees numbered from No. 782/2026 to No. 796/2026, the President appointed 29 judges. Of these, 16 will work in the anti-corruption justice system: 11 at the HACC and five more at the Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court.
