President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that the war should be ended on Ukrainian terms, UNN reports.
"We must protect the lives of our people and end the war on our Ukrainian terms. And every strike that accurately responds to Russia's bombs, that destroys Russian logistics, Russian bases, that makes it difficult for the occupier to stay on our land - every such strike brings a just end to the war closer. Fair for us, for the world, for Ukraine, for everyone who values life," Zelensky said during his evening video address.
In addition, the President of Ukraine thanked those "who continue to speak absolutely frankly to our partners: Ukraine needs to strike - really long-range strikes - at the Russian occupier. Where there is an occupier, where Russia strikes at Ukraine, where it launches missiles, "chessmen", bombs. We need this decision so that we can use all the weapons that can be effective.
