The Ukrainian Foreign Minister discussed with his German counterpart the involvement of North Korean troops in the war. Sibiga emphasized the need for decisive action and support for the Victory Plan.

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiga said that Ukraine calls on Europe to realize that DPRK troops are currently waging an aggressive war in Europe against the Ukrainian state, noting that while the West is afraid of escalation and hesitates, Russia is acting and escalating. Sibiga said this during a joint press conference with German Foreign Minister Annalena Burbock, UNN reports.

We discussed decisive action in response to Russia's involvement of North Korean regular troops in the war against Ukraine. We call on Europe to realize that DPRK troops are currently waging an aggressive war in Europe against a sovereign European state. This proves once again that while the West is afraid of escalation and hesitates, Russia is acting and going for escalation. You cannot beg Russia for peace. You can only force it to peace

- Sibiga said.

According to him, it is necessary to support the Victory Plan and remove all restrictions on the protection of life from terror.

"We need to make these decisions as soon as possible," Sibiga added.
