According to weather forecasters, October 31 will be cloudy with clearings. At night in the northern, most western and central regions, during the day in the east of the country, light rain, and no precipitation in the rest of the country.
West, northwest wind, 7-12 m/s, in the eastern regions gusts of 15-18 m/s.
The temperature at night is 5-10°, in the eastern, Zaporizhzhya and Kherson regions 1-6° Celsius; during the day 8-13°, in the southern part up to 17°.
