Volodymyr Zelenskyy wins in the "Dreamers" nomination according to Politico

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy won the Politico "Dreamers" category, with Russian opposition leader Alexei Navalny coming in second. Zelenskyy was praised for inspiring Ukrainians to resist and bringing the country closer to EU and NATO membership.
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy was recognized as the winner in the "Dreamers" nomination by Politico magazine. The second place in this category went to Russian opposition leader Alexei Navalny. This was reported on the website of the publication, reports UNN.

The publication notes that Zelensky inspired Ukrainians to to continue to resist Russia's attempted full-scale invasion.

Zelenskiy's leadership has been so effective that he has been able to push through things that were unthinkable until recently, pushing Ukraine first and foremost toward EU membership - and closer than anyone thought possible than anyone thought possible, to the NATO military alliance
