The United States supports Ukraine's decision to complete additional nuclear power units and will help with technology. The government has approved the project to complete the construction of Khmelnytskyi NPP units 3 and 4, and the draft law is being considered by the Verkhovna Rada.
The United States supports Ukraine's decision to complete additional nuclear power units in the medium term, Deputy Energy Minister Mykola Kolisnyk said in a telethon . UNN reports this with reference to the press service of the Energy Ministry.
"The US supports us in completing additional units and additional generation. In the medium and long term, this is a very important priority for Ukraine," Kolisnyk said.
It is reported that, in addition to fuel supplies, American companies will help with technologies for Ukraine's nuclear industry.

The Ministry of Energy reminded that the government had approved the project to complete the construction of Khmelnytskyi NPP Units 3 and 4 , which are 75% and 25% complete, respectively. The draft law on the completion of construction is currently under consideration in the Verkhovna Rada.
