Ukrenergo has announced a schedule of blackouts for December 10 with one or two queues for the population and restrictions for businesses. The reason is the consequences of the missile attack on November 28.

For domestic consumers:
* 07: 00 – 08 — 00-one queue of outages
* 08: 00-19: 00 — two queues of disconnections
* 19: 00 – 22 — 00-one queue of outages
For industry and business:
* 07: 00 – 22 — 00-applying power limit schedules
The reason for the temporary introduction of restrictions is damage to power facilities during a massive missile and drone attack on November 28
