During the day on May 4, air defense forces neutralized 70 out of 88 enemy drones of various types. Hits by a ballistic missile and 14 attack UAVs were recorded.

Air defense neutralized 70 drones used by Russian forces to attack Ukraine from 08:30 to 18:30 on Monday, May 4. This was reported by the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, according to UNN.
On May 4 (from 08:30 to 18:30), the enemy attacked with an Iskander-M ballistic missile and 88 strike UAVs of the Shahed type (including jet-powered ones), Gerbera, Italmas, and "Parody"-type decoy drones
The air attack was repelled by aviation, anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare units, unmanned systems units, and mobile fire groups of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
According to preliminary data, as of 18:30, air defense shot down/suppressed 70 enemy UAVs of the Shahed, Gerbera, and Italmas types, as well as "Parody"-type decoy drones in the east, north, and south of the country.
Hits by a ballistic missile and 14 strike UAVs were recorded.
The attack is ongoing; several enemy UAVs remain in the airspace.
