Ukraine must fulfill 56 indicators to receive €12.5 billion from the EU in 2025

Ukraine can receive €12.5 billion from the EU in 2025 if it fulfills 56 indicators of the Ukraine Facility program. In 2024, €16.2 billion is expected after the 23 steps of the program are completed.
If the government fulfills 56 indicators under the Ukraine Facility program in 2025, Ukraine will receive €12.5 billion from the European Union. This was announced on Friday, December 27, by First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy Yulia Svyrydenko on the social network X, UNN reports.
Svyrydenko pointed out that by the end of 2024, the first year of the Ukraine Facility program, Ukraine should receive €16.2 billion in support. The country has completed 23 steps required to receive funding, 9 of them ahead of schedule, and adopted 16 strategic documents and 15 laws.
However, the minister emphasized that "there is still a lot of work to be done."
The majority of the following indicators (56) will be in 2025. If we fulfill them, Ukraine will receive another €12.5 billion in the next year's budget

Ukraine Facility is the EU's financial support program for Ukraine. Over the period of 2024-2027, 50 billion euros from the EU will be allocated to finance the state budget, stimulate investment, and provide technical support for the program.
The Ukraine Facility Plan is a technical document required to implement the EU's financial support program for Ukraine. The plan envisages the implementation of reforms that will lay the foundation for further economic recovery and development and Ukraine's integration into the EU.
