The Security Service of Ukraine and the State Bureau of Investigation have put Russian oligarch Yevgeny Giner and Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Alexander Babakov on the wanted list for actions aimed at illegally changing the borders of Ukraine. The date of Giner's disappearance is August 14, 2023, while Babakov has been missing since April 16, 2022.

According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the SBU of Ivano-Frankivsk region has declared Oleksandr Babakov to be a fugitive from Ukrainian law enforcement. The date of his disappearance is April 16, 2022. year.
Babakov is accused under Article 110, parts 2 and 3 of the Criminal Code (intentional actions committed to change the boundaries of the territory or state border of Ukraine in violation of the procedure established by the Constitution of Ukraine, as well as public calls or distribution of materials calling for such actions).
Russian oligarch Yevgeny Giner was put on the wanted list by the State Bureau of Investigation, the date of his disappearance is August 14, 2023.
Giner is charged under Part 3 of Article 110 of the Criminal Code (Intentional actions, committed with the aim of changing the boundaries of the territory or state border of Ukraine in violation of the the procedure established by the Constitution of Ukraine, as well as public calls or dissemination of materials calling for such actions that led to deaths or other serious consequences).
