Ukraine begins payments of "National Cashback", more than 5 million people will receive it

Starting today, over 5 million Ukrainians will begin receiving National Cashback payments for April, including cashback for fuel. The funds must be used by July 31, otherwise they will be returned to the budget.
Starting today, over 5 million Ukrainians will begin receiving National Cashback payments for April. Along with them, cashback for fuel will also be paid, reports UNN with reference to Diia.
Details
The statement notes that the funds accumulated on the National Cashback card must be used by July 31. After this date, the unused balance will be returned to the state budget.
Cashback can be spent on:
➡️ utility and postal services;
➡️ charity and support for the Defense Forces;
➡️ medicines and products of Ukrainian production;
➡️ books from Ukrainian publishers.
The April payment completes the first stage of the National Cashback program. If the cashback accumulated before April 30, 2026, was not credited to the card, it can no longer be received. From May 1, a new stage of the program began, so accumulation starts anew
