Two new categories of claims to the International Register of Damage have been opened in Diia

Two new categories of claims to the International Register of Damage are now available in the Diia app. They concern humanitarian expenses and the demining of territories.

The Diia app now offers two more categories of claims to the International Register of Damage — for state humanitarian expenses to support the affected population and for demining and clearance of unexploded ordnance. This was reported by Diia, writes UNN.
The options for submitting claims to the international Register of Damage have been expanded in Diia. Two more categories related to the consequences of Russian aggression since February 24, 2022, are now available
Thus, public authorities, as well as state and municipal institutions, can submit claims for humanitarian expenses to support the affected population. They can also submit claims for demining and clearing the territory of Ukraine of unexploded ordnance using budget funds.
How to submit a claim:
- log in to the Diia portal using an electronic signature;
- complete the claim and attach supporting documents;
- sign it with an electronic signature and send it to the international Register of Damage.
