The campaign headquarters of US presidential candidate Donald Trump has recommended that employees not comment on the assassination attempt. This was reported by NBC, citing an internal memo sent on behalf of James Blair, political director of Trump's campaign and the Republican National Committee, UNN reports .

"Anyone who communicates with the press, even in the background or unofficially, will be found and immediately dismissed. Refrain from commenting, speculating, posting on social media, etc. Complete and utter isolation," the TV channel quoted the message as saying.
Blair also urged his subordinates to be extremely cautious about their personal safety.
