Ukrzaliznytsia is restoring online services after a large-scale cyberattack and offers to buy tickets at ticket offices. Paper ticket holders will receive compliments and free access to waiting rooms.
The restoration of Ukrzaliznytsia's online services after a large-scale cyberattack is ongoing, and the company expects to reach the finish line soon, writes UNN.

"Status as of 08:00. We continue to restore online services after the cyberattack. We expect to reach the finish line with the restoration of resources soon," Ukrzaliznytsia reported on social media on March 26.
It is reported that ticket offices and all railway workers are "working in an enhanced mode".
"Tickets for the nearest dates - March 26 and 27 - are sold through ticket offices," the company said.
Passengers are advised to come for tickets during non-peak hours if possible. "The best time to buy tickets is from 09:00 to 11:00 and from 14:30 to 16:30," Ukrzaliznytsia said.
Owners of paper tickets purchased after March 22 were promised a compliment from Ukrzaliznytsia on board and the opportunity to use paid waiting rooms at the country's train stations for free.
"Ukrzaliznytsia specialists and involved experts continue to work around the clock so that we can return with good news in the near future," Ukrzaliznytsia emphasized.
