To support the work of the "grain corridor": a pilot boat from France arrived in Ukraine

France has donated a pilot boat to Ukraine to help the Danube Grain Corridor, improve port efficiency and increase cargo traffic.
A pilot boat, donated by France, has arrived in Ukraine to support the work of the grain corridor. This was stated by the Minister of Development of Communities, Territories and Infrastructure of Ukraine Oleksandr Kubrakov, UNN reports.

According to Kubrakov, the boat is currently in the port of Reni on the Danube.
Currently, there are 8 pilot ships operating on the Danube section. However, the volume of cargo traffic in the cluster's ports is constantly growing. The new vessel will help increase fleet turnover and minimize berth and vessel downtime. We are deeply grateful to our partners for supporting our Danube shipping

Earlier, UNN reported that France handed over a second pilot boat to Ukraine, which will help increase grain exports through the Black Sea corridor.

Deputy Prime Minister and head of the Ministry of Reconstruction Oleksandr Kubrakov said that 10 million tons of cargo were exported through the Ukrainian corridor in the Black Sea .
