On Tuesday, December 10, in the Volyn region, hourly power outage schedules are not applied until the order of Ukrenergo is received.

On Tuesday, December 10, residents of the Lviv region canceled the previously announced schedules of power outages.
Ukrenergo announced a schedule of blackouts for December 10 with one or two queues for the population and restrictions for businesses. The reason is the consequences of the missile attack on November 28.
