The US offered Saudi Arabia to monitor ceasefire violations at sea - OP

The US says that a country or countries are needed to monitor the ceasefire violations at sea. America has offered Saudi Arabia to do this. This was announced by Deputy Head of the Office of the President Ihor Zhovkva on the telethon, reports UNN.

Zhovkva noted that the Ukrainian side asked the US what would happen if Russia violated the ceasefire at sea, attacked the port of Odesa, for example.

The US says that a country or countries are needed to monitor the situation, to record it. They say that technical work can be performed by other countries, in particular, the name of the country - Saudi Arabia - was mentioned. The US came to Saudi Arabia with this proposal. Therefore, each such action of the Russian Federation will be recorded by the monitoring state, whether it is Saudi Arabia or not, it does not matter, there should be such a country and then the US, having recorded, having received such information from the monitor, should take appropriate actions 

He stressed that the US is a facilitator of the implementation of such agreements.
