The situation in Ukraine's energy system continues to improve, but the Ministry of Energy urged consumers to use electricity wisely. This was stated by Deputy Energy Minister Svitlana Hrynchuk during a telethon, UNN correspondent reports.
Today, on July 25, as expected, the situation continues to improve and all consumers are already feeling it. Indeed, today we do not plan to apply any outage schedules until 16:00... There is a deficit in the system, we have suffered significant damage. Although the repair campaign is ongoing and our power engineers continue to restore the system as soon as possible, we urge our customers to continue to use electricity wisely. Unfortunately, due to possible Russian attacks and the complex sensitivity of the system, the situation may change constantly,
She also explained why there is now a sense of relief in Ukraine regarding power outages.
Last week and yesterday, we had two nuclear power units come out of scheduled repairs much ahead of schedule, but in compliance with all standards. As for the restoration, it is actively continuing, including with the help of our international partners,
