The parliamentary committee recommends adopting the draft law on mobilization in the second reading and as a whole.
The Committee on National Security, Defense and Intelligence has recommended that the Verkhovna Rada adopt the draft law on mobilization (No. 10449) in the second reading and as a whole. The committee made this decision at a meeting on Tuesday. The committee's conclusion was published by MP Oleksiy Honcharenko in Telegram, UNN reports .

To recommend to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to adopt the draft law (Reg. No. 10449) in the second reading and as a whole. In case of adoption of the draft law as a whole, to propose to entrust the Committee with the task of preparing the text of the adopted law for signature by the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to carry out its technical and legal revision together with the Main Legal Department of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine
It is known that 4195 amendments and proposals were submitted to the second reading of the draft law.

As UNN reported, provisions on demobilization and rotation of military personnel are planned to be excluded from the government's draft law on mobilization.
The source of UNN said that the provision on demobilization of servicemen is planned to be removed. The exemption was initiated by the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrskyi, Defense Minister Rustem Umerov and Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal.
