Ukrenergo's Supervisory Board held its first meeting and elected its management. Jeppe Kofod from Denmark became the chairman, and Anatoliy Hulei, a representative of the state, became his deputy.
On December 12, the newly appointed Supervisory Board of Ukrenergo held its first meeting and elected a chairman and a deputy chairman. This was reported by the company's press service, according to UNN.

Independent representative Jeppe Kofod became the Chairman of the Supervisory Board. He was the Danish Minister of Foreign Affairs from 2019 to 2022.
His deputy was Anatoliy Hulei, a state representative who is a banking expert and former chairman of the board of Oschadbank (2007-2010).
The Supervisory Board has established the Audit, Nomination and Remuneration, Investment and Strategy Committees and appointed their chairmen.
In total, the Supervisory Board of NPC Ukrenergo consists of 7 members: four independent members elected through a competitive process and three representatives of the state.

Jeppe Kofod is a Danish politician, former Deputy Chairman of the Delegation to the United States and member of the Committee on Industry, Research and Energy. He is also a former member of the European Parliament and former Minister of Foreign Affairs of Denmark. As Foreign Minister, he visited Ukraine three times during the Russian invasion.
Anatoliy Hulei is a professor at the Western Ukrainian National University. Doctor of Economics and Master of Laws. Former co-chairman of the Expert Council at the National Bank of Ukraine, expert of the Public Council at the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, deputy chairman and chairman of the board of Oschadbank. For 10 years, Anatoliy Guley was Chairman of the Board of the Ukrainian Interbank Currency Exchange.
