The International Volleyball Federation (FIVB) has reinstated russia's rights regarding participation in international competitions. This was reported on the organization's official website, writes UNN.

The decision to reinstate russia's rights in international volleyball was made amid a statement by the International Olympic Committee, in which they lifted restrictions regarding recommendations to exclude russian athletes from international competitions.
According to the FIVB statement, russia will be reinstated in the world ranking with the same world ranking points it had at the time of its suspension. The return of the aggressor country to international competitions is expected in 2027, as part of the Nations League and the World Cup.
The International Volleyball Federation will also consider scenarios regarding the use of the russian flag, anthem, colors, or any other recognizable symbols. A corresponding decision on russian symbolism at competitions will be announced later.
