The head of the Zakarpattia Regional TR SS Center was suspended from his position - Lubinets

Dmytro Lubinets, the Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights, reported the suspension from office of the head of the Zakarpattia Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Center following documented violations of human rights and corruption risks. Lubinets reported this on Telegram, UNN reports.

We have repeatedly documented violations of human rights and corruption risks, particularly in the activities of the head of the Zakarpattia Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Center. We spoke about this publicly, sent official responses, and demanded that the violations be stopped. But instead of correcting the problem, they decided to fight those who pointed it out. First, there were attempts to conceal the facts that had been uncovered. When that did not work, there was informational pressure and even plans to fabricate criminal proceedings against my employees who had uncovered these violations. But that did not work

He noted that the inaction of the former leadership of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine cannot be overlooked, as it should have responded to the problems in the Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Center system much earlier.

But today we have a concrete result: an order suspending the head of the Zakarpattia Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Center. This is precisely the case when a signal about a problem did not go unanswered—a specific decision was made in response to it

Dmytro Lubinets, the Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights, stated that the head of the Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Center intended to fabricate criminal proceedings against Andrii Kriuchkov, the Ombudsman’s representative in Zakarpattia Oblast, allegedly for obstructing the lawful activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Lubinets links this to the discovery of numerous violations by employees of the Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Centers.

Lubinets also stated that there were "shocking details from Zakarpattia," where, according to him, "at the Berehove District Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Center, men from across Ukraine were deprived of legally granted deferments with ‘one click,’" and described the scheme, noting that he had sent the materials to law enforcement agencies.
