The Government Approves New Forms of Summonses to Transfer Pricing Companies

The Cabinet of Ministers has adopted a resolution on new forms of summonses to the TCC. They can be on a letterhead with a stamp or generated electronically with a QR code and a unique identifier.

The Government has approved amendments to the procedure for conscription of citizens for military service during mobilization and for a special period. Summonses can now be on a letterhead with a stamp or generated by the Unified State Register of Conscripts and contain a unique electronic identifier in the form of a QR code.  This is stated in the Resolution No. 951 of August 16, 2024, adopted by the Cabinet of Ministers.

According to the resolution, the head of the TCC, when issuing a summons on a blank form, certifies it with his or her personal signature and affixes the stamp.

If the summons is generated using the Unified State Register of Conscripts and Persons Liable for Military Service , the head of the TCC shall affix a qualified electronic signature to the summons on the day of its generation. 

Each summons generated by the Unified State Register of Conscripts, Persons Liable for Military Service and Reservists contains a unique electronic identifier in the form of a QR code). 

 A summons generated using the Unified State Register of Conscripts  may be printed out. In this case, its paper form must contain a readable QR code with the relevant information. 

In addition, summonses generated with the help of the USRPTI may: 

  • to be centrally printed and sent to persons liable for military service and reservists by means of postal services by registered mail with a description of the attachment and acknowledgment of receipt; 
  • to be printed and handed to persons liable for military service and reservists during the notification in printed form. 

"If a reservist or a person liable for military service has updated his or her credentials after the expiration of the 60 days allotted by law for updating his or her credentials, the summons may be sent to the address of residence indicated by the reservist or person liable for military service during the updating of credentials," the resolution says.
