The appellate chamber of the Supreme Anti-Corruption Court upheld the detention of the former chief physician of the Khmelnytskyi Regional Medical and Social Expert Commission, Tetiana Krupa, but reduced the amount of bail to UAH 130 million. This is reported by the press service of the appellate chamber of the Supreme Anti-Corruption Court, reports UNN.

As reported by the Supreme Anti-Corruption Court, the court considered the appeal of the defense regarding the extension of the term of the preventive measure for the former head of one of the regional centers of medical and social expertise in the form of detention with the alternative of bail.

"As a result of the consideration, the panel of judges of the AP VAKS partially satisfied the appeal of the defense, overturned the ruling of the investigating judge of the VAKS and issued a new ruling, which reduced the amount of bail for the suspect to UAH 130 million, the ruling was left unchanged in other parts," the VAKS said.

The decision entered into force from the moment of pronouncement and is not subject to appeal in cassation.

On March 21, the Supreme Anti-Corruption Court extended the detention of the former head of the Khmelnytskyi Regional Medical and Social Expert Commission Tetiana Krupa until May 18 and reduced the bail for her from UAH 260 million to UAH 230 million.
