A representative of a law firm was caught trying to bribe a NABU detective and a SAPO prosecutor. The money was offered for transferring the case of Ukrenergo worth UAH 716 million to another investigation body.

Bribe in the amount of USD 200 thousand. A case has been sent to court in connection with a bribe of USD 200,000 to anti-corruption specialists for making a decision regarding NPC Ukrenergo in the context of misappropriation and legalization of funds received from the sale. The defendant in the case is a lawyer of a Kyiv law firm.

Representatives of anti-corruption agencies sent to court a case against a lawyer of one of the Kyiv law firms who was caught offering a bribe of USD 200 thousand. THE CASE WAS FILED IN COURT. According to official information, the NABU detective and the SAPO prosecutor were offered money for making a decision to transfer the case against the client to another pre-trial investigation body.
