The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved an updated charter of the state company "Energoatom", which provides for a reset of the management system and the formation of a new top management. Prime Minister Serhiy Koretsky announced this, reports UNN.

Today, the Government updated the charter of "Energoatom". This will allow resetting the company's management and forming a top management. Without delays and artificial obstacles
According to him, "Energoatom" is a strategic state company, on whose stable operation Ukraine's energy security depends.
The new charter introduces modern standards of corporate governance
