The Armed Forces of Ukraine have begun an inspection of the staffing of military units to assess the manning levels and fairness of personnel distribution. The goal is to increase combat readiness and the efficiency of using military personnel.

The Armed Forces of Ukraine have launched an inspection of the staffing of military units to assess the state of unit manning and the fairness of personnel distribution. The inspection is intended to help identify staffing problems and increase the efficiency of the use of military personnel. This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, writes UNN.
The key goal is to assess the actual state of manning of brigades, regiments, and corps, analyze the effectiveness of the distribution of military personnel among units, and identify directions for improving staffing issues
In particular, the effectiveness and fairness of the distribution of personnel are being evaluated, taking into account the needs of military units performing combat missions in different sectors of the front.
It is noted that these decisions are aimed at increasing combat readiness, ensuring personnel balance, and more rational use of human capital.
