Compensation for the employment of displaced persons through Diya: how to receive funds under new conditions

Employers who hired internally displaced persons (IDPs) during the war can receive monthly compensation from the state in the amount of UAH 8,000 for each new IDP employee for up to 3 months, or 6 months for IDPs with disabilities, through the Diia portal.
Employers who hired IDPs during the war will be able to issue compensation for each new employee under updated conditions, UNN reports with reference to the Ministry of Digital Transformation.
According to the agency, it is about UAH 8,000 in monthly payments from the state. You can apply for compensation on the Diia portal.
"From now on, compensation is provided for 1, 2 and 3 months of work. And also for 6 months if the IDP is a person with a disability. Previously, it was possible to apply for compensation only for 1 and 2 months of IDP employment. And the amount of payment was UAH 7,100," the Ministry of Digital Transformation added.
The agency also explained how to receive the payment:
- Register or log in to the Diia portal in the citizen's account;
- The action will find you in the list of recipients of Pension Fund payments;
- Check the data, select the period for compensation and provide information about the internally displaced person. When choosing the period for receiving compensation for the second month, confirm the person's continued employment
- Enter a bank account to receive funds;
- Check the application and sign it with a QES.
