Head of the GUR Kyrylo Budanov believes that the prerequisites for the return of Ukrainians from abroad are a stable security situation and an economy that works and develops. Budanov stated this during an online speech at the Unity Forum organized by the Civil-Military Movement, reports UNN.

"For people to return, several things are needed. Among them, in my opinion, the most important are a stable security situation and a stable, working, developing economy," said Budanov.
He added that this is precisely what will create the prerequisites for the actual return of a significant number of Ukrainian citizens home.
